December 1st, 2008 - I Will Return To Regular Posting

I have now been trading for over 3 years and let me tell you…..it’s been quite a journey!

Never in my life have I been challenged as much by anything as I have trying to succeed in this game. It’s been a wild ride and it did get crazy at times.

While living through all the  highs and lows which trading brings, I always felt like I’ve learned and grown.

Today, I feel quite confident that I possess the ability to be successful. The one thing that I still need to work on is discipline. That is the one thing that’s holding me back from being consistent.

So with that in mind, I have decided to write this again. To better keep track of my trades and to see the little nuances of my trading a little better.

On Monday, I will return to posting my daily results on the days I trade. I’ve taken the time to update my rules on the sidebar which I will do my best to honor, day in and day out. I feel that those five rules are the keys to my success. When I follow them I do well. When I don’t, I lose discipline and in turn end up losing money.

I’ve removed all previous posts from this blog because many of them were out dated. I have also turned on comments again to encourage a more interactive environment.
